1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using KBY Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You may sign in using a supported identity provider such as Microsoft or Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of that provider account and for activity performed through your KBY workspace. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Engineering content and tools
Articles, calculators, validators, reports and other engineering materials are provided for informational and professional-support purposes. Outputs depend on the information supplied and should be independently reviewed before they are used for production, security, financial or operational decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at a disruptive rate, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Saved content and reports
The service may let you save articles, folders, tool inputs and generated reports. You retain responsibility for material you submit. Do not upload secrets, regulated data or information you are not authorised to process. You may delete supported saved items from your workspace.
6. Intellectual property
KBY Technologies and its original content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of KBY materials or branding.
7. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, KBY Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
